Preparation : Before Examination Tips
- Work out a revision plan as early as possible (at least two weeks before exams)
- Allow large blocks of time for studying materials and short periods for reviewing
- Vary what you study and schedule breaks
- Form study groups
- Study the specimen examination paper and prepare sample answers
- Practice relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises or listening to music when you feel anxious
- Eat and sleep well
- Get regular physical exercise
- Talk out your troubles
